Scope
This policy covers personal data we collect as a controller: website visitors, people who contact us or request a demo, and business contacts at our clients and partners. Data our clients load into TrustBoxx environments is covered separately by our data processing terms, where we act as processor.
What we collect
- Contact and demo requests: name, work email, organisation, role and your message.
- Business relationship data: contact details and correspondence with client and partner staff.
- Website data: technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. [Describe any analytics or cookies used, or state that none are used.]

Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting and email providers, under appropriate contracts, or where the law requires it.
International transfers
Techvito is based in India. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. [Confirm transfer mechanism.]
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to [24 months] after our last contact, and client records for as long as needed for the contract and our legal obligations.
Your rights
